Retreats
During an Earthbody Presence retreat you get the opportunity to step out of everyday life, slow down, and listen to your unique internal rhythm. Gain clarity and perspective through many different presence-based practices: guided meditation, embodied movement, and journaling. Feel a sense of interconnection while spending time in the natural world. Cultivate community as we practice together in a space where everyone is seen, heard, and celebrated. Earthbody Presence offers many different types of retreats throughout the year.
Winter Solstice Celebration
Usher in the return of the light with Earthbody Presence! Join us for grounding, movement, creative exploration, and meditation practices.
Explore your creative side as you make a collage vision board for Winter and the new year that is opening. Journal and reflect to dream into what you want Winter (and beyond!) to feel like. You’ll leave our gathering with a visual representation of what you want to bring into the coldest season as the light returns to the Northern hemisphere.
On the darkest night of the year, we’ll witness the dwindling light as our world transitions into darkness. Together we’ll listen deeply to one another as we share tea, eat snacks, and ease into the Winter season in Morgan’s cozy backyard yurt.
Honor yourself and the Solstice while nestled in a caring community under the branches of an old Douglas fir tree.
December 21st 3:30-5:30pm
Please register below. We’re offering our Winter Solstice Celebration by sliding scale: $45, $65, $85. Please choose the amount that is right for you at this time.
The Verdancy Project: Retreats Through Four Seasons
A Sense of Place
Earthbody Presence is thrilled to collaborate with The Verdancy Project, an artist-run space dedicated to fostering curiosity and inspiring environmental stewardship. During four retreats, one for each season of the year, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a relationship with 4.5 acres of forested land in Troutdale, OR and witness the transformation each season brings.
All are welcome; there is no experience necessary to participate in these retreats.
Our next retreat at The Verdancy Project is happening January 31st, in the heart of the Winter season.
