Winter Practice Circle

Nourish yourself this Winter Season

During four sessions Julie will offer practices to help you connect with what is happening in the Winter world, along with attuning to your internal landscape. Discover how to emulate the rhythms of nature at this time of year as we slow down together and invite in rest and rejuvenation.

Give yourself the gift of pausing during your busy week and join Julie for four virtual sessions on Thursdays from 12-1:00 pm PST.  During our time together you’ll be invited to bring meditation, relational mindfulness, gentle movement, and seasonal connection into your life.  Join an intimate group of other people who want to connect with presence-based practices and pay more attention to our seasonal shifts. 

No experience is necessary; come exactly as you are.

This series is perfect for those of us who are caregivers and change-makers.     

Allow yourself space every week to participate in consistent practice and notice the positive impact on many other elements of your life!
