Support for Organizations + Businesses
Earthbody Presence will support your organization by crafting a unique experience that cultivates connection, creativity, and community
Julie Jansen of Earthbody Presence will work with your organization to design a workshop, retreat, or training that meets your specific needs. Together we’ll create an experience that develops trust, increases creativity, opens communication, and reduces stress. Whether you’re looking for weekly mindfulness sessions, a day-long retreat, or a forest bathing experience, we can create something incredible together.
Julie weaves together elements of somatic movement, mindfulness, meditation, and nature connection to craft the experience your organization needs.
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing, also called forest therapy, is inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku. It is a guided experience that allows you to slow down while connecting with nature, your team and with yourself.
During a forest bathing walk, you will be guided by Julie Jansen, a certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. She will offer a series of accessible, mindful invitations to explore the natural environment with care and appreciation. Each invitation is crafted to connect you with your team and connect your senses to the natural world. At times, you will be in stillness and in silence. At other times you will be invited share your experience with your colleagues. Everyone has the opportunity to bring their voice into our collective experience.
Forest bathing is balanced between exploring nature on your own and being in community with your team. During each part of the walk you are encouraged to discover what the natural world has to offer you in the moment. A forest bathing walk lasts around two hours, which is the amount of time needed to receive the health benefits of spending time in nature.
