Fall Practice Circle

Grow your meditation practice as the Fall season unfolds!

What would it feel like to pause towards the end of your week and nourish yourself?  Earthbody Presence is holding a space for you to step into practice.

Give yourself the gift of pausing during your busy week and join Julie for six virtual sessions on Thursdays.  During our time together you’ll be invited to bring meditation, relational mindfulness, gentle movement, and seasonal connection into your life.  Join an intimate group of other people who want to connect with presence-based practices.  No experience is necessary; come exactly as you are. This series is perfect for those of us who are caregivers and change-makers.     

Giving yourself space every week for consistent practice will have a positive impact on every element of your life.  Join us for six weeks and find out!

  • guided meditation and grounding practices

  • attunement with the natural world

  • gentle movement 

  • connection with your body

  • practice + learn about relational mindfulness
