Cancellation Policy

• Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to book a Nature Immersion workshop. This covers the permitting and administrative costs for booking the site.  The deposit is non-refundable.

• Payment: Full payment for Nature Immersion is due 24 hours before the experience.  If you need to cancel on the day of the workshop, we will refund the full amount minus the $100 deposit.

• Inclement Weather: We guide Nature Immersion in all types of weather.  We are happy to find an alternate date if the weather is too severe for your group. Finding an alternate date related to the weather can be done during initial booking if desired.  In the case of re-booking, there might be additional fees for permitting.
